Terms and Conditions:
1. This promotion is valid for any new Residential Company Meetings contracted and held at any of our 9 award-winning hotels this summer starting April 1, 2017 until September 30, 2017.
2. Please note the Residential Company Meeting billing must comprise of a minimum of 10 paid guest rooms for a minimum of one night AND usage of a meeting/conference room for a minimum of 10 paying delegates, on a conference plan.
3. Total materialized conference billing (on plan) across all the hotels will be clubbed to determine the tier of commissions (refer table below). The minimum qualification is INR 25.00 Lacs excluding all taxes, service charge and commissions (wherever applicable). As illustrated in the table below, the more your conference billings at our hotels will be, the more your savings will be.

Tier 1: Materialized Conference Billing on plan* INR 25.00 Lacs – 49.99 Lacs; Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) 2%; Additional Earnings in INR - 50,000 – 99,980
Tier 2: Materialized Conference Billing on plan* INR 50.00 Lacs – 99.99 Lacs; Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) 3%; Additional Earnings in INR - 150,000 – 299,970
Tier 3: Materialized Conference Billing on plan* INR 100.00 Lacs – 249.99 Lacs; Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) 4%; Additional Earnings in INR - 400,000 – 999,960
Tier 4: Materialized Conference Billing on plan* INR 250.00 Lacs + & onwards; Productivity Linked Bonus (PLB) 5%; Additional Earnings in INR - 1,250,000 – Unlimited
* Billing on plan includes F&B, hall rentals, gala dinners and excludes alcohol and AV

4. The accounts will be reconciled by the participating Hotel’s Finance Department on a monthly basis to reflect the latest total contribution towards this promotion at The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts and the PLB tier attained. The Hotel’s Finance Department records will be used as sole reference.
5. Total earnings, treated on commissions, will be paid by November 30, 2017 after the reconciliation of accounts, after deducting the TDS.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount, including any privilege cards. (For eg: FHRAI, WIHRA, etc.).
7. Businesses confirmed below a threshold rate, as per the discretion of the participating hotels, will not qualify for this promotion. Other restrictions may apply, please speak with your Relationship Manager.
8. The PCO/ TAs would have to adhere to the policy, terms & conditions, payment terms specified on our Letter of Agreement for group reservations at any of The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts.
9. This offer is valid for all bookings directly received, managed and contracted by the PCO/ TA supported by official documentation (Letter of Authority appointing the PCO/ TA as the official agent).
10. This promotion can be withdrawn any time without any prior notice.
