Our collection of flexible meeting spaces accommodates groups from 10 to 250, most with breathtaking water or garden views. The Pavilion
A signature venue at the resort, the Pavilion was designed with classic Cape Cod charm and elevated functionality. Its wraparound farmer’s porch and two gracious reception rooms create an ideal setting for cocktail hours, breakout sessions, or elegant interludes. Inside, the 2,750-square-foot space is adorned with birch paneling, a fireplace, and sparkling chandeliers. It can be divided into five separate rooms and accommodates up to 220 guests for plated dinners and 250 in a theater-style layout. Modern amenities include high-speed internet, multimedia capabilities, blackout drapes, and a full-service, state-of-the-art kitchen.

Cape Villa Conference Center
Nestled within a garden enclave, the Cape Villa Conference Center features three flexible meeting rooms with abundant natural light and tranquil views. Adjacent patios and sitting areas offer space for breakout sessions, coffee breaks, or casual luncheons. The venue accommodates 10 to 150 guests, depending on the configuration.

The Children’s Center
For more intimate or creative gatherings, the Children’s Center offers a whimsical yet versatile setting. Outfitted with a full-wall HD projection screen, cinematic surround sound, and an nautical-themed playground with pirate ships and treasure chests, this space is ideal for team-building experiences, private functions, or offbeat brainstorming sessions. An onsite amphitheater and dining area add to its charm.
