The culinary philosophy of The Palms Hotel & Spa is all about farm-to-table dining experiences. Most of the fruits and vegetables used here are grown locally and organically, while all seafood comes from sustainable sources that are as local as possible. There is even an emphasis on sustainably produced wine, and many of the cocktail ingredients are plucked from the hotel’s garden.

- Complimentary upgrades, based on % of group pick up
- Up to 20% attrition
- 1 complimentary room for up to every 35 rooms actualized, cumulative
- Up to 21 day cut-off, based on availability

- Waived general session rental fee with F&B minimum
