Book a group of 10+ guestrooms per night for two (2) or more consecutive nights, arriving Sunday through Thursday, and receive:
- Reduced nightly resort fee of $25.00 per room, per night
- Complimentary standard wireless internet in guestrooms and meeting space
Plus, select three (3) concessions from the below:
- One (1) complimentary upgrade for every 20 room nights, including an amenity
- One (1) complimentary room night for future use by the meeting planner/contract signer (Sunday–Thursday)
- One (1) complimentary room night for site inspection/pre-planning purposes (Sunday–Thursday)
- One (1) complimentary guestroom for every 40 paid and consumed room nights
- 3% rebate to the Master Account on actualized guestroom revenue
- Up to 15% cumulative attrition allowance
- 10% discount on published AV equipment pricing
Offer is valid for new group bookings of 10 or more guestrooms per night for a minimum of two (2) consecutive nights with arrival Sunday through Thursday. Contract must be fully executed by 5:00 PM PST on July 31, 2026, and all group stays must be completed by September 30, 2026. This offer is not applicable to wedding or social room blocks, nor to previously contracted groups. Complimentary upgrades at the group rate are subject to availability at the time of booking. Complimentary room nights are based on hotel availability for Sunday through Thursday stays, with dates to be mutually agreed upon by the hotel and the client. Complimentary rooms hold no cash value and must be applied toward actual reservations. Any earned amenity will be selected at the hotel’s discretion and will not exceed a value of $50.
