The hotel offers variety of indoor and outdoor venues for events and conferences. The Bongoyo and Mbudya indoor meeting spaces can accommodate up to 110 people each and can also be subdivided into two smaller venues using soundproof partitions to facilitate parallel sessions or smaller events.

For medium-sized events with a view, the Bahari Vista is highly recommended, while the Kaskazi lounge and lobby-level boardroom are also ideal for smaller meetings.The mild weather in Dar es Salaam means that many events can be held outdoors at the Bahari Vista Lawns.
