The RuMa offers a variety of spaces that are available for all imaginable corporate or social events.

On the mezzanine floor, two adjacent meeting rooms, Bilik I & II, are ideal for private dining events, and a fully equipped boardroom, Bilik III is perfect for business meetings.

On the 6th floor, SANTAI Pool Bar and Lounge boasts 380 m² of open-air, sun-lit space. The Pavilion pre-function and meeting room with kitchen offer 66 m² and 75 m², respectively, and can be used separately or together. Meanwhile, the Board Room on floor 6M proposes a further 46 m² of space; all rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology.

Our Meeting and Event spaces can host up to 80 guests, which is ideal for intimate gatherings or small meetings. For events with larger guest lists, the KLCC Convention Centre is conveniently located within walking distance from the hotel.

A dedicated events manager is on hand to assist with any event personalisation, be it specially curated menus, space design, and audio-visual assistance.
