A Tranquil "Sea of Clouds" Setting in the Heart of Tokyo

The name Chinzanso, meaning “Guest House on the Hill of Camellias”, evokes a poetic sense of place—and rightly so. Nestled within a lush forested enclave in central Tokyo, this luxury urban resort offers a rare blend of tranquility, tradition, and modern luxury.

More than just camellias, the hotel’s historic Japanese garden—originally cultivated in 1878 by Meiji-era statesman Baron Aritomo Yamagata—is a living canvas of Japan’s four seasons.
