Perfect location by the sea

Enjoy a wonderful stay in the heart of Helsinki at the Hotel Haven, which is beautifully situated by the South Harbour. Located in a historical quarter of the city, Hotel Haven is quiet yet centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from many of the best shops, restaurants and attractions. The hotel can be reached by public transport and is approximately 1km away from the central station. Stepping out from the hotel, you can hear the seagulls calling and breathe in the fresh sea air. The hotel is located right by the water's edge and the historical Market Hall next to the Market Square. Must-see places such as the Helsinki Cathedral and World Heritage Site Suomenlinna fortress are also within easy reach.

Hotel Haven offers 137 comfortable and spacious rooms with sea views in six categories including our lovely Superior rooms and the lavish 80 square-metre Town Square Suite. The décor is chic and timeless, with muted colours designed to soothe and uplift body and mind. The hotel has been designed by Jaakko Puro.

BREAKFAST

Hotel Haven's breakfast is set in the beautiful Sundmans' building, the second oldest stone building in Helsinki. The restaurant is an excellent choice for anyone, who wants to spend the morning in an amazing timeless place. Windows in the restaurant dining rooms offer amazing views over the Market Square and harbor of Helsinki.

Meetings

Hotel Haven offers a range of conference rooms both large and small. You can choose from the four Haven Meetings conference rooms that can accommodate up to 30 people and the auditorium that seats 62. Our hotel staff and conference hosts will be on hand at all times to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.

BAR

The welcoming Bar Haven offers an eclectic array of rum, cognac, whiskey and champagne to take your taste buds on a sensory safari. The bar is also a magnet for locals and other visitors keen to attend after-work events. Bar Haven's famous afternoon tea is served on Fridays and Saturdays. We also have a bar menu featuring a range of delicious dishes.

RESTAURANT HAVEN, SUE ELLEN & FIASCO BY ULTIMA

Restaurant Haven is located in the Sundman's building and overlooks the city's historic Market Square and provides the ideal setting for private dining events for up to 100 people.

There are also two high-end restaurants in the hotel's courtyard, Fiasco by Ultima and Sue Ellen. Fiasco by Ultima: a nod to the Italian state of mind and kitchen. You will find phenomenal local ingredients in perfect harmony with each other, finished with an Italian touch. Sue Ellen: inspired by America’s Southern coast and its colourful cities full of history. These two restaurants, founded by two of Finland's top chefs, Henri Alén and Tommi Tuominen, transform fresh ingredients into creative dishes for unforgettable dining experiences.
