The 125-acre Moskito Island is a jewel of the British Virgin Islands and one of the most exclusive private islands in the world. It offers a one-of-a-kind Caribbean experience, in the most secluded unspoiled setting.
Perched on a dramatic outcrop commanding elevated sea views, at the northeast tip of the island, is The Branson Beach Estate. Made up of three spectacular standalone villas, it is cleverly connected by elevated wooden walkways, and conveniently located next to the island’s communal recreational facilities. It even has its own private beach – the epitome of barefoot luxury living.
The Estate’s three villas - Headland House, Mangrove Villa and Beach Villa - sleep 6, 8 and 8 guests in 3, 4 and 4 bedrooms respectively, or a total of 22 guests across all 11 bedrooms. Each villa has its own magnificent master suite, and all rooms have en-suite and a private deck overlooking the sea. The villas can be booked individually, or all three together for an exclusive use, all year round.
Every element of your stay can be hyper-personalised, and that includes delectable tailor-made menus to suit any special dietary needs or preferences. Before you even set foot on island, your resident private chef will be on hand to plan every detail and the most mouth-watering of menus.
We don’t do ordinary on Moskito Island and your stay will be unlike any other experience. There’s plenty to do and explore, take to the waters, play a spot of tennis or simply sit back and soak up the views.
While staying at The Branson Beach Estate, all dining, including drinks – even Champagne – is included. Guests are invited to choose how and where they’d like to enjoy their meals – from formal romantic dinners to casual beach barbecues or poolside feasts.
